Additional information

The substance ''Oil shale, Thermal Processing Waste'' is an UVCB substance containing insoluble constituents (e.g. kerogen, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2 and Mn2O3) and hydrolytically unstable constituents (e.g. CaO, MgO, K2O, Na2O and P2O5). The concentrations of constituents are variable by the regular production process. In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex XI, the dissociation constant study does not need to be performed due to the fact that it is scientifically not possible to perform the test for such UVCB substance.
