First-aid measures

General Information: Immediately change any contaminated clothing.

Inhalation:

Skin contact: After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. Take off immediately all contaminated clothing and shoes. Seek medical advice.

Eye contact: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of flowing water for 10 to 15 minutes holding eyelids apart. Subsequently consult an ophthalmologist.

Ingestion: If accidentally swallowed rinse the mouth with plenty of water (only if the person is conscious) and obtain immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: all.

Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons: No restrictions.

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Hazardous products of combustion: carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide.

Advice for fire-fighters: Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus and chemical resistant suit.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures: Wear personal protection equipment.

Environmental precautions: In case of spillage / leakage / gas being released should not reach pipes, drains or wells.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: In case of spillage / leakage / gas being released: Large amounts: collect mechanically and dispose of as waste. Small amounts: Wash residue with water and detergent.

Equipment Cleaning: Wash with generous amount of water.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling: Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Avoid generation of dust.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Maximum storage temperature: 25 ºC. Keep container tightly closed. Store in a dry place. Protect from sunlight.
