Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- yes
- Details on preparation of test solutions, spiked fish food or sediment:
- The test sample (purity 80%, 500mg) was soluble in acetonitril with HCO-40 (10g). After removal of acetonitril by evaporation, it was added to purified water and adjusted to 2000mL. The solution was diluted with purified water for each test solution.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Validity criteria fulfilled:
- yes
- Conclusions:
- Low bioconcentration
- Executive summary:
The test fishes did not show any abnormal activity and form.
The mean concentrations of test solutions were 3.84 and 38.5 micro gram per liter, they were stable and almost according to nominal concentrations.
The test substance concentrations in test fishes were measured on day 14, 18, 21, 25 and 28, these values were stable. The BCFss were estimated < 41.7 and < 4.6 at low and high exposure levels respectively.
The BCFss values were lower than the values of high bioaccumulation substances, which were polychlorobiphenyl, hexachlorobenzene and polychloronaphthalene. Therefore the bioaccumulation of test substance was estimated to be low.
