From the experimental data obtained it can be cancluded that the affinity of the sample of test item for n-octanol is much higher than the affinity for water (Pow > 41900 and log Pow > 4.62).
Even if the HPLC method would have been more appropriate to test Kow for this substance, the result is considered acceptable
