Description of key information

The results of the performed QSAR-calculations indicate that SymHelios 1031 does not exhibit any relevant risk for oxidising properties. Furthermore, the molecular structure of SymHelios 1031 is void of any structural alerts or reactive groups that would indicate a tendency to react exothermally with combustible material.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Justification for classification or non-classification

SymHelios 1031 does not require classification for oxidising properties. This test item does not contain a surplus of oxygen or any structural groups known to be correlated with a tendency to react exothermally with combustible material (cf. Annex VII section 7.13 Column 2 of regulation 1907/2006).
