Executive summary:

The relative self-ignition temperature of the test itemwas determined in accordance with the method described in the EU method A.16. A certain volume of the test item was placed into an oven at ambient temperature; the temperature/time curve was recorded while the temperature of the oven was increased up to 400 °C, at a rate of approximately 0.5 °C/min. Three replicate tests were performed.

In the course of the study, the test item did not self-ignite up to 400 °C. Thus, no self-ignition temperature could be stated.
