Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Test material

Constituent 1
Details on test material:
Name of test substance: 3',4',5'-Trifluoro-biphenyl-2-ylamine
Batch No.: 33569-66 eing.2
Purity: 99.67 area-%
Homogeneity: Homogeneous
Physical state: Solid

Sampling and analysis

Analytical monitoring:
no

Test solutions

Vehicle:
no
Details on test solutions:
The test substance was weighed in the required amounts for the test concentrations directly to the test vessels. Then 180 mL demineralized water were added. The mixtures were stirred for 20 ± 2 hours at room temperature.

Test organisms

Test organisms (species):
activated sludge, domestic
Details on inoculum:
The activated sludge suspension was washed 3 times with tap water and sieved with a fine woven mesh (mesh size about 1 mm). This suspension was adjusted to a concentration of 7.5 g/L dry weight and pre-aerated over night. After the pre-aeration the lost water of the suspension was replaced. An aliquot of this suspension was added to the test vessels to obtain a sludge concentration of 1.5 g/L dry substance
