Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information
The key value is identified in on OECD 222 long-term study with Earthworms. The effect concentration is calculated on the observed effects on reproduction. Effects on survival or weight were not observed.
Key value for chemical safety assessment
- Long-term EC10, LC10 or NOEC for soil macroorganisms:
- 19.1 mg/kg soil dw
Additional information
Xing et al. (2017) investigated the effects of single and combined exposure of 1H-Benzotriazole and Copper on Eisenia fetida. For the single exposure with 1H_Benzotriazol the LC50,7d 2.43 mmol/kg and LC50,14d 1.76 mmol/kg were found. These results support the findings of the OECD study.
