Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Absence of mutagenic risk for Ethanol, 2-[2-(1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]- has been confirmed by mutagenicity potential predictions using appropriate (Q)SAR methodologies. The OECD QSAR application Toolbox has been used for the assessment. Negative results have been obtained for Ames bacterial mutagenicity test. therefore Ethanol, 2-[2-(1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]- is considered of low mutagenic risk.
