Additional information

The occurrence of toxic effects attributed to C-4000 in mammalian test species is sufficient to infer that C-4000 is absorbed in mammalian species exposed via the oral route. While the extent of ADME can not be quantitative, the biologically relevant consequences of exposure to C-4000 are sufficient to make valid the toxicology tests conducted in support of the human health hazard assessment of C-4000.
