Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Conclusion on classification
The available data have been used to determine the classification of the substance according CLP hazard criteria for the environment:
Acute data :
- OECD 201 : ErL50 - 72h > 100 mg/L (WAF), GLP
- OECD 202 : EL50 - 48h > 100 mg/L (WAF), GLP
Chronic data:
- OECD 201 : NOELr50 - 72h > 100 mg/L, (WAF), GLP
- OECD 211 : NOELR - 21 d = 100 mg/L, (WAF), GLP
- OECD 210 : NOELR - 33 d = 100 mg/L, (WAF), GLP
Considering that the substance has a complex composition (Multi-constituant) and is highly insoluble in water ( < 0,162 mg/L, OECD Guideline 105) the use of Water accomodated fractions (WAF) is recommended according TG OECD 23 ( Guidance on aqueous phase aquatic toxicity testing of difficult test chemicals, 2019 - page 50 - section 7.9.2.4a) and may be used for CLP classification according Guidance on the Application of the CLP Criteria, v5, 2017 (section I.4.5 on Complex substances, page 562).
Moreover, the substance is not readily biodegradable and has a low partage coefficient (log Kow = 2,3 < 4).
All the reported loading rate are > 100 mg/L according acute and = 100 mg/L according the chronic data. Therefore, it is possible to conclude that the substance is not classified as hazardous according any environmental category of CLP regulation.
The substance does not meets any of the criteria to be classified as hazardous according CLP regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) of substances and mixtures). Considering that the registered substance is not classified according any hazard class, no chemical safety assessment is required according REACH regulation article 14(4). Therefore no PNEC are derived for all environmental compartments.
Information on Registered Substances comes from registration dossiers which have been assigned a registration number. The assignment of a registration number does however not guarantee that the information in the dossier is correct or that the dossier is compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (the REACH Regulation).
