Test solutions
- Details on test solutions:
- The test substance was wetted with ethanol (0.1 ml/L), then water was added and the mixture was homogenized with an ultra-turrax. This mixture was tipped into the testing container and stirred. The test substance was not dissolved completely; there were residues at the wall and on the bottom.
The concentration refers to the total amount of test substance added into the test vessels.

- Reported statistics and error estimates:
- LD50 was calculated from the available test results by "Probitanalyse" (according to Lindner and Weber with confidential interval acc. Fiedler)
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Validity criteria fulfilled:
- yes
- Conclusions:
- Based on a LC50 = 596 mg/L it is not required to classify Acetchinonbase TTRS for acute toxicity to fish
- Executive summary:
Acetchinonbase TTRS was tested for acute toxicity against Brachydanio rerio acc. OECD 203 in concentrations of 350, 500, 710 and 1000 mg/L for 96 hours. With 500 - 1000 mg/L symptoms and letality occured, with 350 mg/L only symptoms but no lethality occured.
Based on these resultsa LC50 value could be estiamated by Probit Analysis . LC50 = 596 mg/L (526 - 675 mg/L).
