Additional information

The bioaccumulation of 4,4-Difluorobenzophenone was investigated in a bioaccumulation study with fish according to OECD 305 B. The test species Danio rerio was exposed to the test item at two concentration levels (0.1 and 0.2 mg/L). The uptake phase lasted 15 days (until the steady state was reached) and subsequent elimination was monitored over a period of 8 days. The BCF values (55.4 at 0.1 mg/L and 74.4 at 0.2 mg/L) indicate a low potential for bioaccumulation.
