Executive summary:

The partition coefficient was determined according to the EU Method A.8 (HPLC method) (GLP study). In the HPLC chromatogram, using a spectrofotometric detector, a range of 14 test substance peaks was observed. The log Pow of the first 3 eluting substance components was < 0.3. The log Pow of the other substance components was in the range of 0.4 - 2.6.
