The study was performed in order to determine the flammability FAT 40034/G conducted according to EU A.10 method. A safety pre-test was carried out in which a small amount of the test item was heated on a magnesia groove with a gas burner in order to derive safety precautions. Glowing was observed during heating. No ignition occurred within two minutes. No ignition was observed throughout the course of the test. SO based on the test results, FAT 40879/B should be considered as not highly flammable.

The test substance is considered to be not highly flammable, hence it does not warrant classification according to the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
