yes
Conclusions:
Lethal Concentration 96 hours for fish (Brachydanio rerio) in freshwater medium:
LC 50 - 96 hours (nominal concentration) = higher than 100 mg/L; LC 0 - 96 hours (nominal concentration) = 100 mg/L.

Executive summary:

MADAMDMS was tested for evaluation of the acute toxicity in freshwater fish ( Brachydanio rerio )

Static method without renewal of test media during the study period.

Ten fish per concentration were exposed to the nominal test substance concentrations of 0 (control), 1, 10 and 100 mg/l.

contaminants: no contaminant was present,(e.g.chlorine) at a concentration which could have prejudiced the study. • dilution water as well as acclimatization water was reverse osmosed natural water (from 60 m depth) that was further added with appropriate saltstoget the required characteristics; - hardness of water: approximately 90mg of Caco3per litre.

- pH was not adjusted (6.86 at 22.3°C).

Evaluation of the number of dead fish every 24 hours, for each concentration of test substance and for the control group

Results:

No abnormality was observed in the test media during the study No abnormality of behaviour, pigmentation, morphology was observed.

No mortality was observed at any of the doses.

LC 50 - 96 hours (nominal concentration) = higher than 100 mg/L; LC 0 - 96 hours (nominal concentration) = 100 mg/L.
