Thermal stability results

The test item in closed glass crucibles showed no thermal effects in the temperature range of 25 - 500 °C.

 

Vapour pressure results

The vapour pressure was measured in the temperature range of 133.0 to 158.7 °C. The measured vapour pressure values together with the measured temperatures are listed in the following table.

From the measured data points of the vapour pressure curve the constants A, B and C of the Antoine equation can be derived by regression (Microsoft Excel):

Final Results

The vapour pressure of the test item was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C, according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.4. The resulting vapour pressures are 0.05, 0.07 and 0.42 hPa, respectively.

Conclusions:
Vapour pressure values of 0.05 hPa (at 20 °C), 0.07 hPa (at 25 °C) and 0.42 hPa (at 50 °C) were determined for the test substance according to E.U. Method A.4.
