Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The substance contains ca. 25% particles with a particle size larger than 76 μm: 13% of the particles of which could be measured, additionally, ca. 12% particles were not recovered in the "100%-value".

Additional information

The particle size distribution of test substance was determined by sedimentation following OECD Guideline 110 and ISO 13317-2- Fixed Pipette Method.

As the upper Stokes diameter was calculated with 76 µm, larger particles do not obey Stockes law and can not be measured during teh sedimentation method. Particle larger than 76 µm are not regarded as critical concerning heath effects, the distribution above 76 µm was not investigated in the further experiments.
