Additional information

A study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.9, DIN EN ISO 2719 (2004), OPPTS 830.6315 (1996) and CIPAC MT 12 (2009) to determine flash point of the test item using the Pensky-Martens closed cup method. 57-60 g of the test item was filled in the cup and heated. The measured flash point at atmospheric pressure was corrected to a standard pressure of 1013 hPa. The flash point was determined to be at 93.02 °C (corrected to the ambient pressure). Thus, the flash point of the test item was determined to be 93.0 °C (corrected and rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5 °C) at 1013.25 hPa.
