A number of values have been reported for the partition co-efficient of ethyl acetate. These are all consistent with each other, falling in a narrow range. A QSAR value is also consistent with the experimental data. The value chosen for the key parameter is from an experimental study for which a published report is available. It is the only value for which the temperature of determination is known for sure (25C). The logKow is 0.68.
