EC20-value was calculated by the regression analysis
according to Cavalli-Sforsa (1972).

At the highest test item concentration of 2000 mg/l, a small
effect could be observed. Therefore, EC50 and EC80-values
directly resulted from this concentration.

In the amendment attached to the test report EC10-value has
been presented to be 443 mg/l.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
In a test conducted according to OECD Test Guideline 209 and in compliance with GLP, the 3hr EC50 for EPTAC was determined to be >2000 mg/l.
