Additional information

Two studies were performed to assess biodegradation in water. A ready biodegradability study according to OECD TG 301B (CO2 evolution method) showed that the substance is readily biodegradable. An inherent biodegradability study according to OECD TG 302B (Zahn-Wellens test) showed that the substance is inherently biodegradable. Further simulation testing in water, soil or sediment is not necessary in view of the ready biodegradability of the test substance (REACH Annex IX column 2 adaptation).
