Slightly higher solubility was noted in ISO medium compared to water, this was not considered to be significant.

The pH values of the solutions in ultrapure water and ISO medium were both approximately pH 7.

In a GLP compliant water solubility study conducted in line with standardised guidelines OECD 105, EU Method A.6 and EPA OPPTS 830.7840, the water solubility of the test substance was determined using the flask method. The water solubility of the substance was determined to be 1.27 g/L at 20ºC.

The water solubility of 1-phenylethyl acetate was determined to be 1.27 g/L at 20ºC according to a study performed in line with OECD Guideline 105, EU Method A.6 and EPA OPPTS 830.7840.
