Toxicity to soil macro-organisms except arthropods:

According to annex IX of column I ; the study need not to be conducted because direct and indirect exposure of soil is highly unlikely considering the various uses of 3-acetamido-5-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid. Thus there is no likelyhood of 3-acetamido-5-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid causing toxicity to soil macro-organisms except arthropods.

Toxicity to terrestrial arthropods:

According to annex IX of column I ; the study need not to be conducted because direct and indirect exposure of soil is highly unlikely considering the various uses of 3-acetamido-5-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid. Thus there is no likelyhood of 3-acetamido-5-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid causing toxicity to terrestrial arthropods.

Toxicity to terrestrial plants:

According to annex IX of column I ; the study need not to be conducted because direct and indirect exposure of soil is highly unlikely considering the various uses of 3-acetamido-5-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid. Thus there is no likelyhood of 3-acetamido-5-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid causing toxicity to terrestrial plants.

Toxicity to soil microorganisms:

In accordance with column 2 of Annex IX, toxicity to soil microorganisms need not be conducted if direct or indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely. None of the uses of 3-acetamido-5-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulphonic acid is involved to the application to soil and hence this testing was considered waived.
