The dissociation constant in water was determined to be 9.30 + 0.12, at a sample concentration of 0.01 M and a test temperature of 25 deg C, using a titrimetric technique, designed to be compatible with Method 112 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 12 May 1981.
