- L'application d'adipate de dibutyle à 10% dans l'acétone n'a produit aucun effet indésirable lorsqu'elle a été appliquée quotidiennement pendant 10 jours aux oreilles des souris sans poils.
Par conséquent, l'adipate de dibutyle peut être considéré comme non irritant pour la peau. - Executive summary:
Une étude d'irritation de la peau a été réalisée pour évaluer le potentiel d'irritation de l'adipate de dibutyle.
De l'adipate de dibutyle à 10% dans de l'acétone a été appliqué quotidiennement pendant 10 jours aux oreilles de 5 souris sans poils et des effets ont été observés.Aucun effet indésirable n'a été observé après 10 jours.
De ce fait, l'adipate de dibutyle peut être considéré comme non irritant pour la peau.
