The test item has an auto-ignition temperature of 445 °C according to the Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.15 Auto-Ignition Temperature (Liquids and Gases) and DIN 51794 (2003): Determination of Ignition Temperature.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 Part A.15 and DIN 51794 (2003) to determine the auto-ignition temperature of the test substance. In a preliminary test the approximately auto-ignition temperature were determined. For the main test three test series were conducted. The temperature determined in the preliminary test was used as starting point for the main test. The temperature was decreased by 1-3 K (semi-automated) or 1-2 K (fully automated) until no ignition was observed. The auto-ignition temperature rounded down with an accuracy of 5 °C was determined to be 445 °C at 1003.5-1009.4 hPa (according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 and DIN 51794).  According to criteria as laid down in DIN 51794 the auto ignition temperature is the lowest value out of three experiments rounded down to a whole multiple of 5 °C. Therefore the auto-ignition temperature was determined to be 445 °C at 1003.5-1009.4 hPa. All three values lay within a range of 10 K. No observations were made which might cause doubts concerning the validity of the study outcome.Thus, the validation criteria were fulfilled.
