For analytical monitoring, concentration of the substance in the test medium determined after 0 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h. Determination of fresh media at 0 h and of old media at 96 h. At 24 h, 48 h and 72 h the old and fresh media were measured.

Duplicate samples taken. Stored frozen (- 20 °C) until analysed.
