Experimental Part

The measurement was carried out with KRÜSS Force Tensiometer K100 (Figure1). The Samples were delivered from customer side. The start solution using surfactants were made with a concentration of
29317.2 mg/l. Each 20ml of the sample solutions was placed in the sample vessel. Constant quantities of pure water (demineralised) have been added stepwise to the sample by means of a double dosing unit. Values of
the surface tension at different concentrations were detected. Based on these values obtained in dependence on concentration regression function, included in the Software was performed for each concentration investigated.

All measurements were performed at temperature T= 20.0° C ± 1.0° C. Following measuring parameters were:

Detection speed: = 10mm/min
Detection sensitivity: = 1 mg
Search Speed: = 2 mm/min
Search sensitivity = 1 mg
Values for mean: = 5
Standard deviation: = 0.1 mN/m
Dosing: = exponentially
Number of dosing steps = 45
