Results
A first endothermic effect could be seen in the range of 110 to 150 °C (melting) and a second in the range of 210 to 350 °C (boiling).

For the correction of the boiling temperature to normal pressure, the test item was assigned to chemical group 5 (e.g. benzyl alcohol). A correction value φ = 5.9 was used for a temperature of 290 °C.

The lowest measured onset temperature is corrected to the normal pressure to be 291.39 °C and the highest onset temperature to be 294.42 °C.

Therefore, the test item has a boing range of 291 to 294 °C under atmospheric pressure (1013 hPa).
