Additional information

The flammability of the solid substance was tested according to the A.10 method. It was found that the substance ignites when a flame is applied, but self-extinguishes in seconds. The substance is not highly flammable.

 

Justification for classification or non-classification

The substance is not highly flammable. If ignited, it does not propagate burning, so it has no burning rate. There is no need for wetting of the substance in order to stop the burning; it self-extinguishes within seconds. The substance is not classified for flammability according to Regulation EC No. 1272/2008.
