Executive summary:

Shot term toxicity of FAT 20290/A to Zebra fish was evaluated using methodology similar to OECD Guideline 203. In this study, two groups, each containing 10 fish, were exposed to test concentrations of 300 and 1000 mg/L for 96 hours. No mortality was seen at 300 mg/L concentration, however 9 out of 10 fish exposed to 1000 mg/L concentration were found dead at the end of observation period (96 h). Based on these findings, following results were obtained:

TL0 (96 h): 300 mg/L

TL50 (96 h): 608 mg/L

TL100 (96 h): 1000 mg/L
