Additional information

Boiling point values of 40 - 40.5°C are reported in collections of reliable data which have been subject to peer-review and in which the original data sources are traceable. The result is considered to be reliable. The results given in several other secondary sources, to which a reliability could not be assigned, are in the range 40 - 42°C and therefore support the key study result. A predictive method that is considered reliable gives a slightly higher boiling point of 46.7°C, however, reliable measured values are preferred over predicted results.
