PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: dosage based on stock solution (2.5g/200 ml A. dest). The stock solution was placed on a rotary shaker for 21 hours at 150 rpm and 293K. After 1 hour resting time, the supernatant was used for preparing the test solutions.
