Description of key information

Three studies on toxicity to soil organisms of three different trophic levels are available, which allow to conclude on long-term effects: Chronic toxicity to earthworms (OECD 222), toxicity to plants (OECD 208) and toxicity to soil microorganisms (OECD 216).

In all tests adverse effects on the test organisms were observed. The most sensitive value was determined in the earthworm reproduction test using Eisenia fetida. The EC10 on reproduction after 56 d was determined to be 39 mg/kg soil dw.
