The partition coefficient was measured by HPLC and estimated from the single solubilites in n-octanol and in water.
Additionally, the partition coefficient have been calculated using different programs as recommended in Guideline.
- The results by calculation using ACD/Labs were given as follows:
logD= 7.4 at pH 4-7 at 25°C
logD= 7.0 at pH 8 at 25°C
logD= 6.2 at pH 9 at 25°C
- The result by calculation using KOWWIN module was given a log Pow value of 6.2 at 25°C
