Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Under the experimental conditions of this study, the test substance is not mutagenic in the Salmonella typhimurium/Escherichia coli reverse mutation assay in the absence and the presence of external metabolic activation.
Executive summary:

The present study was performed similar to OECD TG 471 (GLP not specified). The Ames test was performed with 3 different strains of S. typhimurium ( S. typhimurium TA 98, Ta 100, TA 1535) and test concentrations 100 µg - 5000 µg/plate with and without metabolic activation. Under the experimental conditions of this study, the test substance is not mutagenic in the Salmonella typhimurium/Escherichia coli reverse mutation assay in the absence and the presence of external metabolic activation.
