Additional information

In accordance with REACH Annex IX, 9.4, column 2, the equilibrium partitioning method (EPM) based on aquatic data may be applied to assess the hazard to soil organisms in the absence of soil toxicity data. A hazard of the test substance for aquatic organisms was not identified, and thus no hazard can be identified for soil organisms via EPM. In addition, the substance is readily biodegradable and glyceride citrate stearates like the test substance are readily metabolised into the fatty acid part, glycerol and citric acid, which feed into physiological pathways.

Thus, further terrestrial toxicity studies are not proposed.
