Details on results:
The components of the test substance eluted with retention times of > 2 minutes. The retention time of 2,4-DDT was 2.01 minutes. Hence, it was concluded that the log Pow of the components of the test substance was > 6.5 (Pow > 3.2E 6).

Using 75/25 (v/v) methanol/water as the mobile phase and when injecting the HXL-8366 solution in methanol it was confirmed that none of the HXL-8366 peaks elute before 2,4-DDT.
Conclusions:
Using the HPLC method, the Pow and log Pow values of HXL-8366 are > 3.2E6 and > 6.5, respectively.
