Description of key information

Acetophenone [CAS no. 98-86-2] and phenol [CAS no. 108-95-2] dominate with > 50 % (w/w) and < 20 % (w/w) in Acetophenone fraction [CAS no. 101316 -44 -3]. Their individual vapour pressures at about ambient temperature are reported to be approx. 0.2 (phenol) and 0.4 (acetophenone).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.3 hPa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The value of 0.3 hPa has been estimated from the individual vapour pressures of the key components.
