Additional information

One guideline conform invertebrate test conducted according to OECD 202, EU-Method C.2 is available for NBPT (Ward and Boeri, 1990). Daphnids (Daphnia magna) were tested in a 48 h acute dose-response toxicity test at nominal concentrations of 0, 100, 150, 250, 400 and 600 mg/L under static conditions in accordance with GLP-requirements. The resulting EC50(48 h) for daphnids was 290 mg/L based on nominal concentrations.
