Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Endpoint waived on exposure consideration grounds. The test substance is not marketed or supplied as a powder. It is only marketed in finished solid personal care washing bars (cosmetic end use), or transported as noodles, which are non-dusty pellets >5mm diameter. Within the factory, occupational controls exist to minimise dust levels. Measured data to confirm this is available (see CSR s.13). According to regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, column 2 of Annex VII, 7.14 (granulometry) testing for particle size analysis is not required for those substances which are marketed or used in a non-solid or non-granular form.
