Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The short-term toxicity of Y-15864 (CAS 76524-94-2) to invertebrates was investigated in a GLP guideline study. The semi-static test was performed according to OECD 202 (Liedtke, 2012) with Daphnia magna, exposed to nominal concentrations of 7.5, 15, 30, 60 and 120 mg/L resulting. The test substance was analysed using GC-analysis and resulted in concentrations of 5.4, 11, 25, 54 and 113 mg/L (arithmetic mean of the geometric mean). No mortality and no signs of immobilization were observed after 48 h. Therefore, this study resulted in an EC50 of > 113 mg/L. The NOEC was derived to be >= 113 mg/L.
