Discussion

The test item was hardly solubleinwater and the water solubility was less than the concentration calculated from the limit of quantification. Then, the analytical method was judged to be valid because the acceptable recovery rate (average of recovery rates : 97.2%) was obtainedinthe recovery test.

Therefore, it was concluded that the test results were acceptable.
