Alcohols, C7-9-iso, C8-rich, is readily biodegradable in aerobic freshwater systems with a biodegradation potential of 82% following standard OECD 301F testing guidelines and therefore does not meet the P or VP criteria. Additionally, read across using C9 -11 -iso, C10-rich aqueous and dietary studies with rainbow trowt resulted in a lipid-normalized steady state BCF(ssl) of 21,4 L/kg wet fish weight and lipid-corrected BMF values of 0.006 to 0.016. Therefore, this substance exhibits a low potential to bioconcentrate and is not considered B or vB.
