On the basis of the available data, "Sulfonation products of disodium sulfite with (esterification products of C10-16 (even numbered) Alkyl Polyglycosides with maleic anhydride)", when released into the environment, will mainly distribute into the aquatic compartment, where it is expected to rapidly degrade by biotic pathway. In the aquatic environment, however, the substance is not expected to bioaccumulate in the aquatic organisms, and it not represent a cause of concern. Basing on its freely solubility, "Sulfonation products of disodium sulfite with (esterification products of C10-16 (even numbered) Alkyl Polyglycosides with maleic anhydride)" is expected to have a freely mobility in soil.
