Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A summary of a guideline-study according to OECD 301C is available. After 28d only 2% biodegradation was observed using HPLC analysis. Therefore, the test substance is not readily according to OECD criteria. The results are supported by two model calculation using CATALOGIC v 5.11.5 BOD 28 days MITI (OECD 301C) and US EPA EPISuite v4.10 (BIOWIN v4.10). All three main components were calculated separately. Both calculations showed that the test substance is not readily according to OECD criteria.

Even though the structural domain was correct with only < 17% (> 83% unknown) for CATALOGIC the results support the overall conclusion in a weight of evidence and represent a worst case consideration.
