Results and discussion

Observed effects

In the dose group of 500 mg/kg bw/day all mice died.
No increase of the number of abnormal sperms were induced through the test substance in all other groups.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
An application of the test substance intraperitoneally for 5 consecutive days did not induce a change in sperm morphology. At 500 mg/kg bw/day all mice died.
