Endpoint:
bulk density
Type of information:
experimental study
Adequacy of study:
key study
Study period:
2020-04-01
Reliability:
2 (reliable with restrictions)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
comparable to guideline study with acceptable restrictions
Qualifier:
no guideline followed
Principles of method if other than guideline:
- Principle of test: A 1L beaker is placed on a scale. With the aid of a laboratory shovel, the product is trickled slowly in the beaker until the product is in line with the 500 mL mark. After this the weight is written down. For each product this step is repeated four times. In the end the average value is determined and represents the average bulk weight.
- Parameters analysed / observed: weight of the substance
GLP compliance:
no
Other quality assurance:
other: The undersigned head of Quality Management as part of qualified and specialized personnel of the Senso additive GmbH confirms that the bulk weight measurement described in this report was carried out to the best of their knowledge.
Type of method:
other: A 1L beaker is placed on a scale. With the aid of a laboratory shovel, the product is trickled slowly in the beaker until the product is in line with the 500 mL mark.

Type:
bulk density
Density:
881.5 g/L
Remarks on result:
other: Temperature was not reported
Conclusions:
The bulk density of the test substance ferrous monoglycinate sulfate was determined by weighing. Bulk density at room temperature: 881.5g/L.
Executive summary:

The density of ferrous monoglycinate sulfate was determined by weighing the substance. The bulk density was reported to be 881.5 g/L at ambiet temperature.
