Principles of method if other than guideline:
Six hydrophobic monomers were examined for cytotoxicity on human pulp  fibroblasts. The monomers were methyl-(MMA), n-hexyl-(HE),  n-dodecyl-(DE), cyclohexyl-(CYE), norbonyl-(NB), phenyl-(PH) and benzyl  methacrylate (BE).
